Conversion and Upgrade Control Automation System

Problem Statement

To maintain the old machines to stay on productive, the customer has to change the discontinued Mitsubishi-PLC Melsec A and old MRJ2S servo motor to new model. To prevent the machines down when some PLC modules is not function. Also the customer want to convert the mechanical push buttons and indicator lamps to HMI Panel.

Solution

We provided new model of Mitsubishi-PLC Melsec Q and servo motor MRJ4 to replace the old one, also provided the engineering support, wiring & installation, programming and machine commissioning. Moreover we also converted the mechanical push buttons and indicator lamps to Shihlin’s HMI.

Customer’s Feedback

After the machine was replaced to new Mitsubishi PLC and Servo system. It works well as before. The customer could find the spare part very easy and can prevent the unnecessary machine’s downtime.
